The market is looking for employees, AKPA for one month lists 1544 job requests.

The lack of manpower is already affecting Albania as well. But not only the strength of the arm, vacancies are also being announced for "brains". Referring to the publications of the National Employment and Skills Agency, in just one month there are 188 requests for qualified employees with higher education. But what are the categories that the labor market needs the most?

The listings from the private and public sector are for engineers, surveyors, economists, accountants, architects, etc. While in total for one month there are 1544 job requests and what is noticed is a dominance of unqualified employees.

Meanwhile, the Department of Public Administration recently announced that 1177 job positions will be announced in the administration with the aim of filling vacancies in a number of institutions according to needs.

While a few days ago, it announced 11 vacancies for all young people who have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Engineering, Natural Sciences despite having no work experience.

On the other hand, the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation Blendi Gonxhja has announced through a publication that all Private Employment Agencies (APP) will be subject to a special inspection by the State Labor Inspectorate. The purpose of this action will be within the framework of purchasing the activities and conditions of these agencies, with the aim of protecting the rights of job seekers and job providers, verifying the implementation of legal obligations, as well as decent employment and ethical recruitment.
