The Ministry of Finance has postponed the deadline for the filing of financial statements for as many days as the government portal e-Albania did not function, more specifically by 4 days.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy announces that, based on the situation created in recent days due to the malfunctioning of the e-Albania government portal, the National Business Center will implement the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedures regarding the deadline for filing statements financial in the commercial register.
Based on Article 54 of the Code of Administrative Procedures, the deadline for depositing financial statements in the commercial register will be postponed for as many days as the e-Albania government portal has not functioned.
Entities that have not yet applied for the deposit of financial statements will be reinstated for their deposit within the period of postponement of the initial deadline.
