Government financial compensation in 14 cadastral areas for owners affected by

The Council of Ministers has decided the financial compensation of the owners of real estate, private property, for the taxable surfaces, occupied by legalized constructions in the local directorates of the State Cadastre Agency: Tirana North, Tirana South, Tirana Rurale 1, Elbasan, Kamzë- Vorë, Vlorë, Durrës, Fier, Gjirokastër, Tirana Rurale 2, Kuçovo, Kavajë, Krujë, Sarandë.

According to this decision, the total value of the financial compensation is ALL 556,268,826.45, for the area of ​​46,690.8 m².

For the financial compensation of real estate owners, who are affected by legalized constructions, the amount of financial compensation is made available by the Property Handling Agency.

The revenues collected by the local directorates of the State Cadastre Agency, as a result of the transfer of ownership through the sale of the construction plot, both for state assets and third party assets, in favor of informal facilities that are legalized, are used to compensate the owners.
