Former owners, full list of 74 families receiving compensation

The Property Handling Agency has published the names of 74 former owners who receive compensation money. The fund allocated to these families is worth about 2 million dollars.

According to the notification of the ATP in implementation of the legal obligations defined in Article 17 of the law "On the treatment of property and the completion of the process of compensation of properties" as amended and "On the definition of rules and procedures for the evaluation and execution of final compensation decisions of the property and the distribution of the financial and physical fund for the compensation of the properties", amended, at the beginning of the 2024 budget year, the procedures for issuing the next installment for 74 decisions of expropriated entities, which have benefited from financial compensation, have been completed, upon request special, during the years 2020-2023, of which:

·   for 64 decisions, subjects benefit from the fifth installment,

· for 6 decisions, the subjects benefit from the fourth installment,

· for 4 decisions, the subjects benefit from the second installment.

ATP evidences that the total value of the fund, made available by the State Budget, which will be paid immediately at the beginning of the 2024 budget year, as the next installment for the 74 decisions of the beneficiary entities, is ALL 219,410,760.86.

The Property Handling Agency informs the interested entities that the respective values ​​for each beneficiary will be available in their accounts in the second level banks after the completion of the bank transfer procedures in the following days.
