The data show that inspections for complaints have increased by 31%, where 63% of them resulted in administrative measures such as suspension, warning or fine for businesses that have committed violations at the "expense" of their employees.
Informality also continues to be a concern weighing on the workforce, as they are often forced to work undeclared, thereby losing any benefit that comes from being part of the tax system.
The informal workers identified during the inspection processes result in an increase compared to the same period of the previous year to the extent of 52%.
Specifically, there are 1,524 informal workers entered into the scheme during the inspection process by taking the emergency measure "Activity Suspension" by contributing to social and health insurance at least + 17 million ALL per month after the declaration in the budget.
According to official data, 33% of inspections ended with administrative measures, +24% more inspections compared to 2023.
