The anti-democratic parliament voted in opposition to any constitutional and legal procedure for the waiver of my immunity and arrest. This decision will not only destroy the opposition, but will mobilize it to the highest degree. The motto is:"Today or never" the opposition will give the most deserved response to this regime.
Sali Berisha, the former Prime Minister and former President of the country for some time, said, the historic leader of Albania's largest opposition party, as he joined the protest of his supporters outside parliament.
That was his last word shortly after he was stripped of immunity.
What was the cry of the crying?
The face that gave hope and confidence to the Albanians for a dream. Dream of freedom.
The dream of repairing their people freed from the shackles of propaganda. The dream of love and compassion.
It was the Nineties.
Yes, the same years that we didn't line up referred to as Year Zero for Albania and Albanians that someone had the chance to take it further. But he couldn't make it.
And one of them was our heart doctor, one who cried with such conviction. Albania, beautiful soil!
Where's she left?
...
The history of the political system in Albania when reading its pages appears in the form of a dramatic question: Was there, when there was and how much opposition and opposition there was in this country?
The beautiful balance of the natural and human world is meticulously regulated by the opsience. There is day and night, there is winter and summer, there is the south and the north, there are ladies and gentlemen, there are ruler and ruler, there is power and opposition. When these antinomies are unbalanced, both natural ecosystems and social life d.th, that they have not gone well.
But we must acknowledge that in Albania, there is no tradition. Formally and legally there were opposition only in 1920-1923, which constituted one of the brightest periods of Albanian parliamentarianism.
F. Noli failed to hold elections and create parliament, with or without opposition. A. The bird, too, did not allow opposition. He ruled without it.
In 1945–1946 a small group of liberal democrats and liberal-communists tried to play the role of opposition, but the "group of deputies" ended up on the ropes. E. Hoxha governed with a strong hand without ever thinking about the right to political alternative. And so in nearly a century of life, Albania has been governed by opposition for only 30-33 years.
That's very little about the history of a country. And perhaps the key to all his historical disasters.
Now the opposition is allowed but is there really opposition in this country? Is the other half of power politically controlling the government's activity and not allowing the political will of citizens to deviate from the political will?
However, with or without opposition, the Albanian state has survived the clashes of history. His socio-political balance is regulated not through the "power- opposition" antinomy but through the "political war" factor.
Yes, and with him Albania can boast that you have with him. The government of Vlora against the government of Durres. By the way, I. I. Inter-city feuds for the capital. Shijaku has also claimed to be the capital of Albania. Anatollas against oxydentalists. Oping against the beys. Neither the king nor the king. Political assassinations at the parliament headquarters, in the streets of Tirana squares, in the middle of Paris or Vienna.
The gun has washed away political opinions well enough whenever someone has had to. Political warfare was the "driving force" of communist governance.
In the late 1990s, people were given hope that Albania was entering the path of normal political development. So believe. He believed and was lied to.
Because the season of oppositional thought remained an unreastainable attempt to overcome the old forms of taking and expelling from power. An unrealisted effort, because time proved that this season could not turn into a trend of social and political development. It was not imposed on the parties that functioned and continue to function as the strongholds of the presidents and the autocracy.
From there, not a race but a political war began. The election campaigns are the best example of this battle.
Today, this place is half. He was abandoned because of this lie. Because of this attack that you made in your morals and in your heart.
We stayed in that year. In year zero.
Whoever says he has started a Year Zero for Albania, don't believe it. We were desperately there.
Time, it doesn't work out for us unfortunately.
