The already proven fact that Judge Irena Gjoka, with several surnames, has not declared her past with the Greek judiciary, makes her vulnerable to any decision given by "In the Name of the Republic" of the Albanians in GJKKO.

Someone who comes out and proudly says that there is nothing like us at GJKKO and SPAK, since we are irreplaceable because we have professional and moral integrity, he is totally wrong.

The case of Irena Gjoka best proves what I am saying, since a judge who carries a sentence on her shoulder has neither morals, nor legal rights, nor the integrity to punish others and to be where she is.

The case of Irena Gjoka proved for the umpteenth time in a row the total failure of the High Judicial Council, a puppet institution set up by the Law Reform and at the same time the failure of the vetting institution, also set up as a link that would find any exhaustive data for the subjects that entered this process.

Today the HCJ must come out and apologize for the defense statements against this judge, who has hidden her past with the Greek justice system.

I have said and will continue to say that not all members of GJKKO and SPAK have the integrity to be where they are.

Judges who dance drunk on top of the table, judges who appear on Sky or judges who appear to be honest but on the other hand cry and cry in the consultation room after every sentencing decision they give, even though deep down they feel that they are punishing people for nothing. just don't spoil SPAK, they shouldn't be and have a place in that court.

Now that the documents have come to light, should judge Irena Gjoka, Maneku alias Shpata, be investigated for "Forgery of form" and "Misuse of duty"?
