This is what happens when investigations are not conducted to collect evidence, but to make news and with it popular trials.
From the investigations into Ergys Agas we have these suspicious moments during the investigations:
1. It was said that 3 million Euros worth of wine was found. In fact, not a single bottle of wine was seized.
2. It was reported that the hijacked car was seized. In fact, they seized someone else's car, completely unrelated to the one they were supposed to have. The mistakenly seized car was returned to the owner.
3. It was said that he received tenders from the ANA, but there is no such evidence with documents. At least Lawyer Haxhiaj has stated this several times.
4. They still say they have videos found on a server, but they don't reveal their source and whether they are videos or photographic memory sequences. But they are not using these for the investigation of the case, but as blackmail for decision-making in other matters....
I don't know how many more things have to happen to understand how badly, very badly, investigations are conducted in this country.
They are conducted with the aim of degrading people in the media and not to collect evidence for official accusations.
In this case, this syndrome is obvious. In other cases, this is routine, somewhat better disguised...
And this happens in the elite criminal investigation unit in Albania.
This syndrome explains why the elite unit has not yet seized a single gram of drugs, while the "corrupt" State Police regularly seizes them. So while the "corrupt" police seize drugs as evidence of crime, the elite unit, the heroes of Yuri's jokes, seize phone conversations with which they fill the world with news.
Come on, bye, bye!
