Ditzes, without a university and teachers, we are without a homeland!
Save Nazarko

A friend of mine, a German teacher, was explaining to me one day about the difficulties of obtaining some documents to start working as a teacher in the lower cycle. I told him without thinking, that the difficulty probably came because Germany had just started reconstruction after the Second War, etc., etc.

- No, no - he told me, - you have to prove my origin, down to the generations, that I was German...

You can become a university professor here, being Polish or Albanian, but not a primary school teacher. You have to teach the children their mother tongue, and those who are not German can't do that... Talking about these nuances in Albania, they look at you with wonder...

How much should teachers be paid in Albania?

I don't even intend to calculate their salary. And of course, I listen to those who remind the lecturers of the high salaries, the stunts they do by passing the students in exchange for money, the hiding of the real salary, or other iniquities of this kind. To interfere in this matter and with the language expressed recently, not only by the party militants, but by the Prime Minister himself, who reminded them not only of these things, but also of the control that he would do, to see the real salaries, etc. ., etc., means to be miserable.

Do lecturers do these? A part of them, as a part of society, yes. And the rest, he deals with what he has to do.

A lecturer, of course, can be treated as a worker or a doctor, but is this really the essence of the matter?

The teacher has in his hand, unlike the Prime Minister or the minister, - who are senior civil servants, but tomorrow they will be a little less, - the future of the country, in the most direct form. A teacher needs a salary to buy some books better than others, to have a first-class library, to travel to national or international conferences, to raise their level, which is necessary for the children of humanity, etc. They don't have children like others, houses, etc.

A lecturer, therefore, unlike the others, needs a lot of money, not a million or two million, but a little more than that. And where will the government find so much money?

If you quote the Prime Minister, the firefighters have those problems too, and the 7 percent salary increase is felt by the teachers, more so.

Where will the government find so much money? But is it really a money job?

The problem is much deeper and shows directly the collapse of the country in every direction that is leading it to the abyss.

When the communist system fell politically, the entire state structure fell with it. The system is maintained through several institutes that studied the lands, the seeds that needed to be planted, the waters, the territory, the forests and everything. In the end, they did well, because they belonged to a Soviet system and we were building another system.

But, the simple question naturally comes here.

Who would replace these factors? That the lands should continue to be protected, the waters yes, the forests yes, the study of the territory, yes. Would the party militants, who occupied the offices due to political commitment, or the subordinates of the ministry, with that minimum salary and without real conditions, do it?

See today's Albania casino and you will understand.

The political class did not lose their minds. And there was no way it could happen other than what happened. At this point, our political class, left or right, proved to be much more vile than the conqueror. When the Duke invaded Albania, he first sent experts from all fields here, to understand not only what he was conquering. Duce's experts showed and analyzed in detail what you plant and grow here. In every centimeter of land in Albania. How to protect and regulate the territory, seismic waters. They planned the cities almost all while preserving the country in everything, although this country was not theirs.

What happened here? Forests, waters, territory, food, study or building strategies ended.

They were replaced, by the politics and minds of "One" who governed, without even writing a single article, how to govern. If he has written even a single one, any of them these thirty years, I withdraw with shame what I wrote. I am not drawing parallels with countries like Germany or Italy, since when they lost the war like us, the battle to build communism, they turned to the great figures of the nation to pull the Motherland out of the basin of evil. De Gasperi and Adenauer directed you. See who we turned to in these thirty years... Who were the prime ministers who led the country and how many ideas they threw for their country. What did they do and actually do?

But who will protect the country, the territory, the waters, who will do the studies on energy, on plants? Really, do you think the ministry's assistants will do it, or the impromptu ministers?

Do not think that I am talking about the re-creation of communist institutes?

There is only one place where we can defend Albania. These are the universities and their lecturers. There is no other way. And there, is the money. There is much more than what the government and its Prime Minister are looking for.

If the government intends to make a photovoltaics strategy for the country's energy, it assigns the task to the universities. Don't ask again, communism? No, that's what Helmut Koli did in 1993, to get this cold country out of energy dependence. He did not ask the universities and institutes, as a party directive, but as a problem and national concern.

Someone has heard from Nano, Berisha and Meta, and Rama, similar things to Kol, or the leader of a capitalist country. In the Agricultural University, the Prime Minister himself can charge the production of clean seeds, plants and seedlings for trees. In those plots of the university, where students practice, these seeds are produced, which the university should have a monopoly on sale and control. It's money that goes to the university and the students who pay taxes.

National road projects are awarded to the respective departments and students of excellence. That's a lot of money. Much more than the government thinks. Universities are given building, seismic, iron and steel licenses, etc. The university is eternal, you can control it, the private one a little less.

In the west, universities are maintained with the money of private individuals who may represent small and large concerns or factories. The state does not deal with the increase of their salaries. When the state is taken directly, decreases or adds to them, it is simply a communist state and nothing more.

Why are the governments of Albania, these thirty years, not dealing with the policies that empower the university through the things discussed above? We are private now, someone says.

The Albanian state in form is private, but in essence it is centralized, like the former communism. He is the billionaire investor. And why does it do this?

He can't do more for the lecturers, or the universities, or he likes, like the former communist system, to hold on to political power, despite the fact that the country is going deeper and deeper into the abyss and people are fleeing.

The university and the teachers are the only thing left for Albania.

And it is not a salary job at all, this is the smallest thing, for which they do not need the government. They should demand that the government remove that big noose that turns universities into miserable and small buildings that must survive as they can and wherever they can.

If we continue like this, it is not difficult to see that, much sooner than you think, we will be left without a Homeland! He can never be protected by a prime minister, no matter how good he really is, or how much his mind is full of how good he is. There is a place where the prime minister should be a widow and sit on his knees, it is the university. In this case, he would do no less than Napoleon the Great, who even in the last 100 days, when the coalition of invaders was surrounding Paris from all sides, went after every battle to the Polytechnic of France, which is and today, its national pride.
