A Kosovar citizen has been arrested in Germany, after he shot dead a Serbian citizen outside the bar owned by the victim on Sunday (April 28).

After arguing inside the bar, the two citizens went outside to clarify, but suddenly the 52-year-old Kosovar, Rrustem Llapi, took out his gun and shot the victim several times.

After killing the owner of the bar, the Kosovar returned to the bar threatening the customers, until he was arrested by the police, not resisting.

According to a witness, the two perpetrators and the victim argued with each other over gambling debts.
