The footage you see shows the moment when the explosives were placed in the apartment of judge Tonin Sterkaj. The incident happened yesterday morning in Shkodër.

In the VIDEO, you can see the moment where the perpetrator, dressed in a sweatshirt and a hood, walks calmly in the neighborhood, while placing the explosive on the main door of the apartment.

As can be seen from the security cameras of one of the apartments in that area, it is exactly 2:55 a.m. when the perpetrator goes to his target and sets the tritol.

The explosion was very powerful, terrorizing the entire neighborhood.
