Reidi Balla is the person who ordered the arson in a bar "Gjin Bue Shpata" in Tirana, paying another person for 200 thousand old lek.

But Balla is not an unknown name for the police. In 2021, he was assassinated in a car, at the Paris Commune roundabout.

In the statement he gave after the incident, he said he had stopped the car and was looking at his mobile phone when someone approached him and shot him in the leg.

"I was going home. I parked the car and was fiddling with my cell phone when someone approached and shot me. I didn't see who it was because I covered my head with my hands. I don't know who shot me," he said.
