Florian Rama

A court in Spain has ordered the forced collection of the DNA sample for the 30-year-old Albanian, Florian Rama , who is accused of murdering a Moroccan citizen.

According to sources from foreign media , it is known that Florian Rama was extradited from England to Spain in January, where he faces the charge of murdering 24-year-old Soufian Mraha in June 2019, after an argument in a bar.

Three witnesses had identified him in police photo sketches of individuals with criminal records that investigators showed them.

Living in Vigo at the time, specifically on Lorient street near Balaído, the location of the cell phone also showed him, that morning at the scene.

The cameras also caught a person leaving the scene towards a street where, coincidentally, a friend of Rama also lived.

However, the Court has also requested the suspect's DNA to strengthen the evidence regarding the authorship, but Rama has refused, forcing the court to demand its forcible acquisition.

The DNA will be compared to the male genetic profile found in a trace of blood at the scene.
