A serious incident occurred today in Tirana, where a man stabbed his wife to death.

The perpetrator of the murder, Hysni Patushi, has also given his version of why he committed the crime.

He admitted responsibility for the incident, but stated that he did not kill his wife, but her children, because she stayed with them more than with him and, according to him, it was not proper to leave her alone at home.

For this reason, Hysni Patushi said he killed his wife.

Among other things, he also blames his son-in-law for the entire situation created in his family. The victim's daughter had a sick child and for this reason the victim often went to his daughter's house to take care of her.

He also recounted the circumstances in which the macabre crime occurred today.

"I had conflicts with my wife from time to time. The reason was the fact that she did not stay at our house in Don Bosco, but at her daughter's house. I asked my wife several times to stay at our house, but she refused.

"This morning I called her and she told me she was in a shopping mall. I went to the girl's house and found her there. She had lied to me. During the argument, I stabbed her in the heart," was the statement of the perpetrator to the blue uniforms.

The shocking incident occurred today, in a building complex near Zogu i Zi. Lumturi Palushi, 58, was brutally murdered by her husband, in front of her family.
