The Spanish court has decided and ordered to take a DNA sample of Florian Rama, who is accused of murdering 24-year-old Soufian Mraha in June 2019.
The 30-year-old Albanian, who is said to have killed the young man after an argument in a bar, was extradited from England to Spain in January of this year.
According to foreign media, his identity as the perpetrator of the 24-year-old's murder has been confirmed by at least 3 witnesses.
Security cameras on the street also filmed a person leaving the scene towards a street where "a friend" of Rama lived (this was witnessed by the Albanian killer).
However, the Court has also requested the suspect's DNA to strengthen the evidence related to the authorship, but Rama has refused, forcing the court to ask for it to be taken by force.
The DNA will be compared to the male genetic profile found in a trace of blood at the scene.
