According to Hoxha, the person in the image is "Soni", who is already in Dubai, but he is also one of the persons declared wanted after the last SPAK operation, where alliances between crimes were also discovered.

"There has been a murder in Mirdita. Two people were killed at the hospital. This should have, make no mistake, some 6 months or 7 months. The police have these images.
