A 24-year-old man died while working in a quarry in the village of Brataj in Selenica.

The Vlora police say that the 24-year-old man died after being hit by a heavy vehicle.

"Around 15:30, in the village of Brataj, Selenicë, citizen JV, 24 years old, a worker in the quarry of this village, is suspected to have accidentally been damaged by stones during screed works and as a result lost his life.

The investigative group is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident," the police announced in advance.
