President Bajram Begaj has condemned today's serious events where 3 women were killed and 3 other women were injured by Dan Hutra.

President Begaj says that the phenomena of extreme violence and violence against women should not be part of Albanian society.

The head of state asks the law-enforcement bodies to act with all the force of the law.

"Today's macabre news in Tirana, where three women were killed and three others were injured, is completely unacceptable! I express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims!

Such phenomena of extreme violence or any form of violence against women have no place and cannot be part of our democratic society, where human dignity and life are high and irreplaceable values.

I strongly condemn all incidents of domestic violence and demand that law enforcement agencies act with the force of the law. A society where women are killed, violated, mistreated, subjugated, is a society that should not stop acting until this reality changes completely", says President Bajram Begaj.
