The murder of Lulzim Visha in Tirana, RENEA raids Ervis Lam's apartment,

RENEA forces conducted another search last night at the apartment of 31-year-old Ervis Lam in the village of Zall Mner in Kamza, who is suspected of the murder of 48-year-old Lulzim Visha on the morning of Friday, January 24.

He has not been officially charged with murder, but he has been declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons."

Sources indicate that there were suspicions that he might have returned to the apartment, but it is learned that he was still not found there.

According to the TIMS system, Lami is in Albania and does not appear to have crossed the border. However, there are suspicions that he may have illegally left for Kosovo.

The police are tight-lipped about the evidence they may have found in Lam's apartment that could link him to the murder of Lulzim Visha.

During the first search of Ervis Lam's apartment, an automatic firearm with a silencer and live ammunition, 15 live ammunition cartridges, an axe, a knife, a Glock pistol holster, and 4 spent shells were found in the yard of the apartment.

Media sources indicate that there were two buildings, one of which was a wooden house, inside which officers saw holes in the walls caused by gunfire. It is suspected that these holes may have been made to test various weapons.

When the search was conducted at Ervis Lam's apartment, the latter was not found in the apartment, but a family member opened the door.

For the weapons found in the apartment, the Police arrested Ervis Lami's uncle's son, 37-year-old Eduart Lami, as the apartment was used by both of them.

Lulzim Visha was killed on the morning of January 24th while on his way to work when he was executed about 200 meters from his apartment, while the car he was driving belonged to the "Postman" company, which delivers packages throughout Albania.

12 shell casings were found at the scene, and it is suspected that the perpetrators used a firearm with a silencer, as residents of the area stated that they did not hear any shots.

A few hours after the incident, the Porsche used by the perpetrators was found burned in the village of Zgafnor, in Zall-Herr, while a long firearm was found inside the car, which is suspected to be the weapon used by the perpetrators in the assassination attempt on Lulzim Visha. The perpetrators' car turned out to be stolen in Elbasan.

The main lead the police are investigating is the conflict he had recently had with members of the Lami family, also in the village of Zall Mner, where the cause of the conflict is suspected to have been ownership motives.
