Lika was arrested in the Yzberisht area of ​​Tirana, while Eduard Lamaj was detained while receiving treatment in the premises of a private clinic in the "Student City" area.

Lamaj, in this event, was wounded in the leg, as a result of the exchange of fire he had with one of the victims, Bujar Lika.

The prosecution claimed in its claim that Eduard Lamaj and Ilir Lika collaborated together with two other people for the murder of Bujar Lika and Paulin Gjergjit.

Lika was a close friend of Ervis Martin and Ylli Brahim of Milot. Throughout the day of the event, Brahimi was in the company of Bujar Lika, and in the trial against Lamaj and Ilir Lika, Brahimi was called as a witness.

Meanwhile, Klaudio Përkola and Oltion Vlashi, who have not been arrested by the State Police for two years, have been announced as wanted for this serious incident.

The process against the two wanted persons has been suspended for a period of 1 year. Eduart Lamaj is accused of having the role of executioner, while his friends Ilir Lika (Xhepaj), Klaudio Përkola and Oltion Vlashi played the role of assistants.

According to the prosecutor's office, the motives of the event remain unclear, but there are strong doubts that the 4 perpetrators had as their goal the robbery of the businessman Paulin Gjergji, an event that ended in the use of a weapon, given that Bujar Lika was also armed.

In his testimony, Eduart Lamaj stated that he asked three of his friends for help in carrying out the plan, but according to him, the target was Ilirjan Allamani, who at that time was not in the premises of the bar, but had early conflicts with him. since in Italy for drugs, the latter where the latter did not pay the debt.
