The police of Shkodra announced on Friday that a quantity of explosive material has been placed in the three-story apartment of the head of the section for the investigation of crimes in the police station of the city, Pëllumb Shpati. The incident happened around 03:50, in the Dobraç neighborhood, on the outskirts of the city of Shkodra.

As a result of the explosion, material damage was caused to the apartment and several vehicles parked in the yard were damaged.
