Ermir Dedja , the 29-year-old who was executed in the early hours of this morning in Durrës , has a criminal record.

He was arrested in 2015 for drug dealing, as part of a criminal group.

A year ago, he was arrested by the police during an operation where he was chased through the middle of the city for minutes.

According to police, the murder is suspected to be motivated by a clash between criminal groups.

Ermir Dedja turns out to have connections with Aldo Avdylaj , the nephew of Astri and Altin Avdylaj , the leaders of the criminal group based in Shijak.

Aldo Avdylaj is currently wanted, under suspicion of participating in a criminal group and planning to commit murder.
