Another person has been included in the Greek Police investigation into the explosion at the “ Jacky O. ” discotheque in Athens, where the main perpetrators arrested are 2 Albanian brothers. The incident occurred on October 7, 2025 in Ilisia.

It concerns a woman, who according to police information, has been identified. As is known, two Albanians have already been arrested for the incident, known to the authorities from their involvement in previous cases.

According to ELAS, these are two brothers – 41 and 32 years old – who were arrested in Keratsini on Thursday, January 22.

Blerim Buci , 41, and Besmir Buci , 32, both from Tirana, were arrested by Greek police . In addition to the charge of detonating explosives, they were also charged with violating residency restrictions, robbery, and violating weapons laws.

They have been charged with criminal organization, explosion, production and possession of explosives, damage to another's property and other serious violations. The case also includes a 44-year-old Greek woman, who is accused of complicity in the explosion and providing the vehicle used for the escape.

The motive for blowing up the bar was the refusal of the owner of the establishment to submit to the fines of Albanians from Tirana, who had criminal records in the field of robbery.

According to the Police, the 32-year-old placed and activated the device, and then got into the vehicle where the 41-year-old was waiting for him, while a video of this moment has also been published, where the perpetrator covers his features with a mask and wears a hood, while in one hand he has a mobile phone and in the other the brown paper bag containing the explosive device, informs "Protothema".
