A 24-year-old man with the initials AB has been arrested for the criminal offense of "failure to report a crime" after failing to provide a full statement to the Police regarding the circumstances of his gunshot wound to the leg yesterday in Shkodra.

"During the investigative actions to clarify the circumstances and legal documentation of the event, this citizen did not provide full statements regarding the circumstances and the perpetrator of his gunshot wound to the leg," the police announced.

Following the actions, the Police have declared the 22-year-old with the initials E. Sh. wanted for the criminal offenses "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Serious injury by negligence", who is suspected of having negligently injured his friend, the 24-year-old with the initials AB.

"Work continues to arrest the 22-year-old. The procedural materials have been passed on to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
