The testimony of the wife of Xerxh (Gjergj) Laçi, who experienced terror together with her children due to violence and torture, has been disclosed.

She admitted that she was raped for almost 12 years by her husband. The woman said that her husband did not let them go out in the yard and that he caused the children stress and fear. Also, she adds that Xerxhi did not have a good relationship with his neighbors or their family members.

"My husband abused me and the children for 12 years in a row, he kept us locked up, he didn't even let us go out in the yard. He used the violence in front of the children, causing them stress and fear. Xerxhi did not have a good relationship neither with our neighbors nor with our family members." - said the wife of Xerxh (Gjergj) Laçi.

Meanwhile, journalist Klodian Lala shed more light on the event, saying that there were also cases when children slept without eating.

Lala underlined that despite the horrifying details about the violence that the 52-year-old radical used against the family, what is worrying is the lack of reaction from the community, where no relative made any complaint about the incident.
