Meanwhile, the Prosecutor's Office also confirmed the last movements of the mother and her three children, the evening before she ended her life, where she was seen meeting them in a cafe with her sister-in-law. And after staying for almost 2 hours and parting with him, she with the little child in her arms and the two girls accompanying her, took the road on the sidewalk that leads to the old bridge of the Buna River.

"From the data of the investigation up to this stage, it has emerged that on May 3, 2024, at around 5:30 p.m., the citizen Ergdys Arrazi appeared at the Shkodër Police Station, who reported the departure from the apartment of his citizen wife Alma Arrazi, along with their three young children. From the statements of people who know about the event, it appears that on May 2, 2024, in the afternoon, the citizen Alma Arrazi. together with his minor children, he went to drink coffee with his sister-in-law, a citizen of VP, in the 'Iliria' neighborhood of Shkodër. 

There they stayed for about two hours and from where it was later learned that Alma Arrazi told her sister-in-law that her brother would take her by taxi, as he would go to his house for a week to calm down," the file says.

But from the review of the film footage, it turned out that Alma Arrazi had actually not told the truth to her sister-in-law. Unlike what she told him, that she was going to her brother, she is further noticed as she walks on the sidewalk that leads to the bridge of the Buna River. Where in the twilight of the day, at the beginning of the bridge, her traces and those of the children are lost.

From this moment on, the cameras in the area have not been able to record their movement any further.

"From the administration of film footage, after being separated from her sister-in-law, Alma Arrazi, together with her three children, walked on the sidewalk of the road that leads to the old 'Buna Bridge', in the direction of the 'Church of Our Lady', Shkodër. Meanwhile, the exit from the bar is at 20:10 on May 2, 2024", the prosecution explains.

But how could Alma alone do such an act? Had she imagined this whole scenario in her head? What happened to her and the children after they got on the bridge that evening, when the light had just fallen on the city?

It is difficult to think how she behaved in those moments and how she was able to carry out such an act alone, if she was sober in her actions, or psychologically burdened, taking into account the two daughters at the age of grown up, as well as the fact that the railings of the old bridge on the Buna River are at a height that exceeds their height.

As well as the fact that at that hour, the bridge still had its visitors and someone should have seen something unusual. But for the investigative team there is no doubt that these railings of the bridge, where even fishermen have to climb up to throw their hooks, are the place from where Alma first threw her daughters and then herself and her son, to sacrifice herself in an act of for example.

"On May 4, 2024 at around 10:00 p.m., the police services were notified that the dead body of a minor child was found on the side of the Buna River in the village of Darragjat, Dajç Administrative Unit, which was later identified as the citizen EA , born October 20, 2015. Where after the examination of the corpse, by the forensic doctor, no signs of violence were found. It was also decided to carry out a medical-legal examination in order to determine the injuries found on the victim's body and the cause of death", says the Prosecutor's Office.
