The Special Court has upheld the "prison arrest" security measure it had imposed in absentia on three soldiers of Talo Çela.

Ado Xhika alias Ado Cërriku alias Elkier Cërriku, Ervis Daka and Maksim Koçi were extradited a few days ago (June 20) from the United Arab Emirates to our country.

They are accused by SPAK and GJKKO of serious criminal offenses such as murder and providing means to commit murder.

The three extradited are known as close associates of another wanted fugitive, Talo Çela.

Ervis Daka is accused of informing the citizens who attempted to kill citizen KP about his movements.

He provided the conditions/means for the murder of citizen AS. He also sheltered, transported, and provided the necessary living conditions for the much-wanted citizen Talo Çela.

Maksim Koçi participated in the murders of citizens KK and IA. He provided the conditions/means for the murder of citizens AS and AC alias A. S and helped the much-wanted citizen Talo Çela to hide.

Meanwhile, Ado Xhika is accused of having helped citizen Talo Çela for about 2 years by creating the necessary living conditions. He also accompanied 1 journalist, with the aim of interviewing citizen Talo Çela.

Very close cooperation continues with partners in the United Arab Emirates to locate, capture and extradite internationally wanted citizens who intend to evade Albanian justice.

Three citizens accused by the Criminal Court of Albania of being involved in serious criminal events against the person and as supporters of a highly wanted citizen are being extradited from Dubai to Albania.

The 3 extradited citizens were captured a few weeks ago by the Dubai Police, as a result of the rapid provision and exchange of information by specialized structures of the State Police.

Following the cooperation between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Abu Dhabi, within the framework of the international operation, codenamed "The Wanted", the procedures for the extradition to Albania of the Albanian citizens declared internationally wanted were finalized:

-ED, 38 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", remaining in the attempt, "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group;

-MK, 39 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Criminal Appeals, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", committed for interest and revenge, "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group;

-A. Xh., 40 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group.

The three extradited citizens were handed over to the General Directorate of Prisons.
