The GJKKO declares Majlinda Bufin, the mayor of Roskovec, innocent, accused by SPAK of using public office for political activity.

"It is not proven that he committed the criminal offense," said Judge Irena Gjoka.

Majlinda Bufi was investigated and tried at large for the criminal offense of “Using public office for political or electoral activity.” The Special Prosecution requested her sentence of 1 year and 6 months in prison and his conversion to probation for 2 years.

Bufi has denied these charges and has pleaded not guilty.
