On 22.05.2025, Italian citizen DS, 63 years old, temporarily residing in Tirana, went to the hospital for treatment, as it is suspected that after a surgical intervention on 20.05.2025, at a dental clinic on Kosovars Street, he did not feel well. The 63-year-old, despite the medical assistance he received, passed away this morning.

The Criminal Investigation Specialists at Police Station No. 2 have conducted the first investigative actions, where they have taken statements from the clinic's administrator and dentist. The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further evaluation of the case.
