After refusing to consider what was decoded by Sky Ecc as incompatible, the Constitutional Court announced a second decision in which it again said "no" to businessman Pëllumb Gjoka.
The fall of Gjoka, who is under arrest in prison on account of the SPAK file dubbed "Metamorphosis", is related to his request for properties blocked in the same investigation.
Despite the claims of the Imperial Group company and two citizens Kolë and Pëllumb Gjoka, who considered the seizure of nearly 390 thousand square meters of land in Velipojë as unconstitutional, the Constitutional Court considers that the decisions of the lower courts should remain in force, Top Channel reports.
The applicant states that this property was registered with the ASHK in the name of the company and his relative.
The case was reviewed in a plenary session, as was previously the legality of SKY ECC, both battles won by SPAK, which has submitted the criminal file for the accused, including Pëllumb Gjoka, former police officer Oltion Bistri and former prosecutor Xhevahir Lita, as well as members of the Bajra group. Meanwhile, SPAK has announced that it is also conducting property investigations.
The property issue has been upheld by three levels of courts.
