Rruzhdi Hoxha from Kukësi , 33 years old, is the second Albanian identified as a victim in the serious incident that took place on Monday morning in Hamburg .

Together with his Albanian colleagues, Hoxha tragically lost his life as a scaffolding of a building under construction where the young people were working collapsed.

They were provided with fake Bulgarian work documents where they worked illegally in Germany as contracted employees in a company owned by an Albanian from Kosovo who disappeared after the serious incident.
