Another Albanian has been found guilty in England, but this time for being a trafficker of girls for sexual exploitation.

According to the press release of the London Metropolitan Police, it is about 43-year-old  Roland Cankaj .

Arrested on April 20 of this year, he appeared in court today, where he was found guilty of multiple offenses after a six-day trial.

The investigation began on an organized crime network called the " Cankaj Brotherhood " in 2022, which was led by the Albanian, with the aim of trafficking Brazilian women to the United Kingdom for sexual exploitation.

From the detailed investigations, it was noticed that Cankaj was renting apartments with a fake passport.

Officers began monitoring Cankaj's movements and saw him taking the young women to addresses and waiting outside in the car while the women got inside.

He was also seen in the company of young women, taking provocative photos of them, which were used to advertise sexual services.

A brothel run by Cankaj was also discovered, stocked with sexual items.

As a result, a total of six girls were identified, where one of them during an interview explained how she had worked as a beautician in Brazil and had talked to Cankaj about the money.

He took her to England and sent her to various addresses to have sex with men she did not know, sometimes 10 to 15 men a day. They split the money in half.
