GJKKO has established a preventive sequestration of real estate, bank accounts and shares that Sali Berisha's son-in-law possessed.

The decision taken yesterday by GJKKO is learned from the announcement of SPAK.

Assets placed under the preventive sequence:

16 real estate

6 bank accounts (in euros, dollars and all)

45% of the capital quotas in the "Homeplan" companies shpk

100% of the quotes of 'Magnet IMO' shpk

60% e kuotave Magnet Gym&Fit

Based on the request dated 15.10.2023 of the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime Tirana, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime Tirana, with the decision with no. No. 410 dated 20.10.2023, has established the measure of property insurance "sequeestro preventive", for 16 (sixteen) irreplaceable property owned by citizen J. M., 6 (six) bank accounts (in euros, dollars and all) in the name of the citizen J.M., as well as the quotas of the foundational capital owned by the citizen J.M. in the companies "Homeplan" shpk (45% of the quotas), "Magnet IMO" shpk (100% of quotas) and "Magnet Gym & Fit (60% of quotas)", today's announcement in SPAK says.
