Today, the trial continued for Juliano Hoxha and Euglen Halili regarding two murders committed in 2020 in Elbasan, that of Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj. Repentant Euglen Halili concluded the two-session interrogation, explaining the murders and the people involved.

On the other hand, Xuliano Hoxha stated today that he does not want to be questioned by the prosecutor, Erjon Alibej will be questioned in the next session. Hoxha and Halili are accused of being involved in 2 sensational murders, that of Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj, both of which happened in Elbasan.

Hoxha and Halil are charged with the murder of Emiljano Ramazani on July 20, 2020 in the "28 Nëntori" neighborhood, Elbasan and the murder of Regis Runaj on July 29, 2020 in the "Emin Matraxhiu" neighborhood, near the cemetery of the city of Elbasan.

In both crimes, they, interacting with other persons, are under investigation for cooperation as "Structured criminal group" and "Participation in a structured criminal group". In the case of Runaj's murder, Hoxha and Euglen Halili allegedly massacred the 23-year-old with a knife, near the city's cemetery, shooting him 27 times.

They are accused of being involved in the murder of Runaj's friend, Emiljano Ramazan. The financier of the murder is Erion Alibej, the organizer is Nuredin Dumani, the executioner is Skerdi Tasi, and the execution assistants were Henrik Hoxhaj, Xhuljano Hoxha and Euglen Halili.

From the evidence gathered for this murder, it appears that both of these people followed and controlled the movements of the victim. The investigations show that the two young men, Xuljano Hoxha and Euglen Halili, committed these events against payment from other people.

Regis Runaj and Emiljano Ramazani were close friends with each other while they were killed one after the other within 9 days in Elbasan.

The "brain" of the two murders that shook the city of Elbasan, was 34-year-old Erion Alibej! Blue uniforms made his arrest on September 18, 2020.
