The water flooded the road, and as a result some people were trapped in their vehicles.

The event happened at night, where the trapped people were taken out of the vehicle by the fire brigade .

The storm also blocked the national axis Elbasan-Librazhd after the stones that broke off from the mountain slope flooded the road.
