A fee of 120,000 lek turned into a "disagreement" between the former minister, Ilir Beqaj, and the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office.

The former minister under investigation for "abuse of duty" in the case of "Sterilization" has asked SPAK to make available to him a copy of the documents of the file, but it has been confirmed by the chief secretary of SPAK that he must pay the amount of 120 thousand ALL to get a copy of them, based on the institution's fees.

Not accepting this fact, the former high official filed a criminal claim in the Special Court. Through it, he asked the court to order the Special Prosecutor's Office to give him the documents of the file without paying the procedural expenses in advance. The request was rejected! 

However, it seems that Beqaj has found another solution. Today, he will stay all day inside the SPAK offices to read the documents of the file.
