Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has commented on the visit of CIA chief William Burns to the Balkans and the importance of his meeting with Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

In an interview in "Breaking" by Fiori Dardha in Top News, Ngjela said that the head of the CIA has come with "forceful language" and that something in favor of Kosovo is "being prepared".

Njjela:  The head of the CIA has come with force. He is a top American personality and knows the situation well because he comes from the secret service. I am convinced that as far as the issue of Kosovo is concerned, it is not discussed. We have a historical fact that makes development. Kosovo gained independence with American forces, Belgrade was bombed.

Kosovo has not yet taken its historical position, it is independent, but the fact that it is in this position does not have a legal agreement between Tirana and Prishtina. This has harmed both peoples. Such an agreement would regulate the equal labor market, science. They are related to the development of the two Albanian states in the Western Balkans.

It is a matter of strength, how this will be reflected by the secret conversations at the tables in the media and the political character of the prime ministers' speeches. The fact that it is a secret has something big, I say that it is a factor of the Albanians and that is why it remains a secret. Keeping the balance, we are privileged.

The Ibri Bridge must be opened because it is a violation of Kosovo's independence and human rights in Kosovo. Parallel to the historical right, the political character of the Serbian-Albanian conflict is introduced. Americans say it is better to be silent than to create conflict. The fact that the great ally says this, I believe that Kurti will support him. If not, it could be a political game in our favor, or Kurt's patriotism.
