SPAK continues the investigations for the former officials who rented the naval
Auxiliary Base "Limion" in Saranda

The Special Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office continues to interrogate former officials, soldiers and businessmen, in connection with the investigations that this structure is conducting regarding the army's properties.

The former director of the logistics directorate at the joint force command, at the same time former head of the security and defense intelligence agency and former commander of the Naval Force, Ylber Dogjani , was interrogated a few days ago by SPAK.

In addition to Dogjan, a well-known businessman in the field of construction was also questioned.

SPAK is investigating some of the army's properties which have passed into private ownership, among them the naval base of Limion in Sarande and other areas where the former senior soldier Artur Meçollari has also been questioned , in the capacity of the accuser.

Likewise, Bardhyl Kollçaku , deputy of the SP and at the same time former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces .

Former Minister of Defense Olta Xhacka is also reported.

In March 2023, the Posaccme Court accepted SPAK's request to seize the Auxiliary Base "Limion" in Saranda as a preventive measure.
