Lawyer Arben Llangozi has considered the actions of the two prosecutors of SPAK, Klodian Braho and Ened Nakuçi, as deliberate for the non-inclusion of former minister Arben Ahmetaj in the investigations about the incinerators.

In the show "Zone Zero" on Top News, Llangozi stated that even though Arbe Ahmetaj's hotel bills have been published for several months, no action has been taken against him.

The lawyer further added that the SPAK is commanded by oligarchs and for this there are several cases that prove it. Figuratively speaking, he stated that SPAK was created for tigers not flies and should work to cage the tiger.

"The prosecutor's office has not conducted any investigation. We claim that these actions taken by the two prosecutors are intentional. Because we are dealing with what happened with this parallel investigation and it did nothing.

The prosecutor has not carried out any kind of investigative action to prove the opposite of Adriatik Doçi's report. One cannot prejudge a case and come out so openly.

All of Albania is convinced that Ahmetaj has committed a criminal offense. SPAK is commonly used politically and not only in this case, but in several cases. People who are at high levels should be punished, because corruption does not start from the police. Serious crimes and SPAK are as different as night and day. Serious crimes have been present in every case, they have been cooperative, corruption has hit and there are hundreds and hundreds of arrests, while SPAK has turned into an enemy of the people. We believe that other institutions will do justice.

In the end, it is the court that administers justice. We are confident that the Special Court will deliver justice, but in general the Prosecutors do not act correctly. The court has always been the one that has decided against the Prosecutor's Office, because they say the law is the law. In the case of the prosecution, there is prejudice, there is no investigation, etc. SPAK is designed not to deal with flies, but to deal with tigers, and in this case the tiger is not in a cage. It must be taken to put the tiger in the cage. SPAK has been working for 4 years and there are very few cases where it has dealt with corruption. In this case, we only have a few. SPAK is commanded by oligarchs and there are endless cases for this." - declared Arben Llangozi in Top News.
