SPAK demands 2.8 years in prison for the former head of crimes in Lezhë, Leonard Palushin

SPAK has requested 2.8 years in prison with a shortened trial for Leonard Palushi, accused of corruption. While the accusation of misuse of duty has fallen.

Palushi was arrested as part of the 'Golden Bullet' operation after he was suspected of tampering with evidence in several criminal events, when he served as an operative in Elbasan.

According to SPAK, in 2020, Palushi established relations with the investigator Erjon Alibej and indirectly received irregular benefits from him.
