The family members of January 21 are appealing to GJKKO the decision of SPAK to send their report to the prosecutor's office in Tirana for competence.

The request will be examined in the consultation room on March 29 by judge Elsa Ulliri. 

We remind you that on January 21, the family members requested that the file be taken over by SPAK, because they do not trust the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, but the Special Prosecutor's Office has declared incompetence, not only for their lawsuit filed on February 16, but also for the made by the Ministry of Justice and the Socialist Party for January 21.

The head of SPAK, Dumani has stated that SPAK is waiting for what will come out of the investigations of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, in order to take further steps.

He emphasizes that in the event that the investigations will establish the existence of any criminal offense or subject under the jurisdiction of the investigation, then the file will be taken over by SPAK itself, as they request.
