Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha is expected to be interrogated today by SPAK, for his open case for the Partizani file.

He indirectly answered that he would not go to the session.

" It is a flagrant violation of the Constitution. If the Constitution is violated for a deputy, imagine what happens to an ordinary citizen.

Rama asks to decide, as he decided until the end, personal power. There is nothing personal in my views, except for the protection of the constitution.

It has its own stipulations. In 2012, I sent the law to remove any kind of protection from the deputy, but the right of investigation was passed. As of tomorrow, I am ready to vote for this law" , said Berisha.
