A surreal situation bordering on the unimaginable.

Banana crates that are filled with books, archives, history... this is the tragic sight of the National Library, the main institution of knowledge in our country, transformed into a warehouse of crates bastardized by the abuses of several years of governments that come and go.

"Knowledge" has been lost in the boxes, while the alarm with photos from this "tragic" situation is raised by the magazine Neësbomb.al in the issue of February 20, 2024.

NewsBomb writes that he spoke with the current director of the National Library, Pirro Misha, who raised the alarm and said: Yes, I want to talk.

There is a disco upstairs and a disco downstairs, but there are no more study and reading rooms for all those who want to open the archives of the main institution that need to get information.

The fuses of the institution decrease every day for fear of any spark that "blows up" all the national wealth, due to the lack of investments for years and years.

The library is rich but has been left in a deplorable condition.
