A scandal is outlined after the sudden decision of the judge Iliriana Olldashi to release Jamarbër Malltez from prison and leave him under 'house arrest'. Report TV's investigative editorial team reveals that Iliriana Olldashi is in fact in a flagrant conflict of interest.
From her property declaration, it is revealed that Olldashi bought an apartment in the towers built in the former Partizani complex from the company 'Homeplan' and 'Kontakt'. The apartment, according to the document provided by Report Tv, was purchased in 2015.
It is about 91.6 square meters with a total price of 65 thousand euros, an estimated value per m2, 712 euros, quite cheap for the market.
According to the documents, the apartment was paid off in installments and the last installment was given by the judge in a conflict of interest in 2016. Exactly, the company 'Homeplan' is at the center of the process and there is a shareholder Jamarbër Malltezi, a person under investigation who was in prison, and that with today's decision put her under 'house arrest'.
Iliriana Olldashi should have declared this conflict of interest by abstaining from the Appeal process through which Jamarbër Malltez was given 'house arrest' today.
A double conflict of interest, not only for Jamarbër Malltez, but also with the company 'Homeplan', whose towers, where the judge lives, are at the center of the investigations on the former Partizani Club, which is being investigated by SPAK, and for this reason, it has been arrested and Jamarbër Malltezi. If those apartments will turn out to be the fruit of corruption, even Iliriana Olldashi's house can be seized and this may have influenced her decision.
From her income statement, it appears that Iliriana Olldashi bought the apartment by paying 65,212 euros, a particularly favorable price, so the house cost about 712 euros per square meter, a price that casts doubt on a favorable treatment on the part of the company 'Homeplan' of Jamarbër Malltez and that today may have been transformed into procedural assistance. Precisely to avoid these doubts, Iliriana Olldashi had the duty to denounce her conflict of interest and not to be part of this process.
The softening of the security measure against Jamarbër Malltez, from 'prison arrest' to 'house arrest', had actually aroused surprise among those who knew the severity with which Iliriana Olldashi has so far become known in the SPAK structures.
Just as VoxNews published the news yesterday , entitled ( Who is the judge of the GJKKO, who released Jamarbër Malltezi ), since its creation until today, it had never happened before that the GJKKO had changed the measure of 'arrest from prison', under 'house arrest'. Such decisions have always been rejected, such as for Vangjush Dako, Safet Gjicin, Fatos Tushen, Fredi Bejleri and the former director of RTSH Thoma Gëllçi, for whom GJKKO has imposed a prison sentence.
The same judge gave even more extreme decisions, as in the case of the deputy, Alqi Blako. The latter was released from prison, but judge Olldashi decided to return him to the cell. Olldashi, appointed "prison arrest" for the late Enver Sheshi.
Square's lawyer had submitted the health reports to the GJKKO of Appeal, but it was rejected by Olldashi. With Jamarbër Malltez, from whom he actually bought a house, the standard changes.
