In the Special Anticorruption Court, the hearing has been postponed for Jurgis Çyrbjan and Ahmet Masha, who were arrested on the evening of October 20, 2024 by order of SPAK.

This, after the lawyers asked for time to familiarize themselves with the investigative acts.

In today's session, it was expected to evaluate the security measures "arrest with prison" imposed on former MP Çyrbja and Ahmet Masha, his brother's brother-in-law.

The former socialist deputy is accused of three criminal offences, "Active corruption in elections", "Supporting the author of the crime", as well as "Telling state secrets by citizens".

Jurgis Çyrbja, "sunk" after the analysis of the conversations in the coded application "Sky ECC", where it was revealed that the secret state information that Çyrbja managed to secure through officials, still unidentified, using his position as a deputy given to criminal groups, among them Altin Hajrit.

One of the evidenced cases is the information of Altin Hajri about the police movements after the murder of Jan Prenga, while the latter secured votes in the Durrës district, where Çyrbja was also on the safe list for MP in the 2021 parliamentary elections.
