Albanian citizens have responded in record time to the appeal for help for the family of the famous model and influencer Dajana Kalo,

Albanians were able to raise in record time the 200,000 euros that the family needs for the model's surgery and recovery.

The 25-year-old suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and has been in the QSUT since December 29 of last year.

The sister writes that Dajana suffered a brain hemorrhage caused by Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM), a serious and life-threatening condition where blood vessels in the brain are abnormally formed and can rupture without warning.

Thousands of Albanians have responded to the call to help Dajana, following the appeal of her sister Bora and many well-known screen characters. The donations have been numerous and in a few hours more than 200,000 euros have been collected.

Dajana will not be able to work for a long period of time, as she is currently unable to walk and move the right side of her body, leg and hand. Her sister, Bora writes that due to this situation, she must stop working to take care of Dajana.

Therefore, the family has asked for the help of Albanians, any donation, regardless of the amount, because they do not have the financial means for the difficult operation and the subsequent recovery phase. Fortunately, within record time, the amount has almost been collected.

Meanwhile, it is learned that the 25-year-old girl has been hospitalized since December 29 in the neurosurgery ward at the QSUT, where it is reported that doctors have not yet intervened, as in order to decide on surgery, including thrombectomy, an Arteriography (DSA) examination must first be performed.
