TCH sources confirmed that the key witness for the continuation of the investigation against the accused Erdgys Arrazi, arrested for causing suicide, will be considered his sister-in-law, who is the last person who met the deceased shortly before she committed suicide.

Although the 31-year-old is in custody, it is important for the prosecution to find additional evidence that would ensure his conviction for causing suicide through psychological violence, which culminated seven months ago when the head of the family started an extramarital affair. The finding of additional evidence is needed because of a previous almost similar investigation where, due to the mother's departure and jealousy conflicts, Naum Toshi strangled the two sons and hanged himself.

The tragedy of December 5, 2016 ended in court, and as mentioned in the letter, the head of the family asked the police for help to evict his wife, with whom he had a conflict, while Marsela Toshi reported that her husband asked her to leave the house. The mother of the two children who died immediately after the tragedy was placed under investigation and charges were brought against her.

At the end of 2023, the Supreme Court said the tragedy that shook the country where the father drowned the two sons, one four years old and the other 7 years old, did not happen because of the mother and that the woman should be punished for abandoning the minors.

In the file, it is mentioned how the father of the two boys, before committing the double murder and ending his life, had written "I'm leaving, I'm taking the two children so that he won't be an orphan, without a mother and father. Even in the state, I cannot let them have a different name. In these manuscripts he writes about the conflictual relationship. "It came on December 4. He asked for what he needed and left with what he wanted. I can hardly take it, this marriage has ruined my life".

In the dossier, the prosecution collected as evidence the testimonies of the family members and also examined the TIMS system where it proved that the mother had abandoned them.

This analogous case is expected to be taken as guidance by the investigation group, which insists that the sister of the deceased will be re-interrogated, as well as several other people./ TCH
