Following the investigative actions, the records of the phone examination of the citizen Arlind Ismajlukaj were administered, and from the review of the data obtained from the telephone examination of the telephone device seized from this citizen, it turns out that he has installed on the social network "Signal" the phone number ...., placed on a telephone of the brand "Iphone" model A2 101, black in color. The "Signal" network has registered the profile of Arlindi with the name "Karadayi", while the other phone is "Iphone" 14 PRO MAX, in which the phone number is placed....

In the "Signal" social network, from the "Karadayi" profile, he has communicated with a number of people, including those who are already arrested in the framework of this proceeding.

Likewise, from the messages and conversations carried out on this social network, it appears that the number .... is registered under the name "Sela".

II.7. Nga sa rezulton nga biseda e sipërcituar, një pjesë e lëndës narkotike e cila do të trafikohej në datën 14 Gusht 2023, është prodhuar nga një person që bashkëbiseduesit i drejtohen me emrin “Foni”.

Nga kqyrja e bisedave në rrjetin social “Signal” rezulton se Arlind Ismajlukaj, i cili ka si profil në këtë rrjet social me emrin “Karadayi”, ka shkëmbime mesazhesh me tekst dhe zanore me një numër i regjistruar me emrin e profilit “Ffffon Orikum”.

Nga bisedat me këtë shtetas, rezulton se “Foni” është kultivues dhe grumbullues i lëndës narkotike të llojit “cannabis sativa”.

Me konkretisht, në bisedat e datës 19 Qershor 2023 deri në 6 Gusht 2023, ata bisedojnë për sasi të konsiderueshme të lëndëve narkotike, duke përfshirë dhe dërgim të fotove të lëndës narkotike “cannabis sativa”, si dhe për shuma monetare të siguruara nga ky aktivitet.

The conversation continues on June 27, 2023, where it turns out that Foni informs Arlindi that he is preparing a pack of ten, which means ten kilogram packaging, while the conversation continues that fifty belong to Arlindi and twenty belong to Foni.

After about three hours from the conversation in question, on June 27, 2023, at 10:11 p.m., Foni replies to Arlind that he has sorted it out (meaning narcotics) and that 52.5 is a great job, while 20 should be seen Arlind before.

While Arlindi replied that the shipment would be made the next day, Foni explained that the packaging was made by vacuum in thick black bags.
