Tirana Police have identified and prosecuted four people, including a woman, who physically clashed during a dispute over blocking a car's driveway.

The guardian accused of violence against a minor has also been prosecuted, and the driver who blocked traffic in Paskuqan has been taken to hospital. According to the police, he was drunk.

Arrests and proceedings of the last 24 hours:

Narcotics Investigation Specialists arrested citizen AM, 30 years old, and referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated for citizen DR, 32 years old, after the "Eagle" Special Force services found a quantity of Cannabis on the 30-year-old, and a cutting tool (knife) on the 32-year-old.

Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 1:

-arrested citizen E. Ç., 27 years old, after being caught outside his home, while under the security measure "House arrest";

-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen AL, 35 years old, a caregiver at a residential center for children, as it is suspected, based on some footage published on a portal, that she has consumed the elements of the criminal offense of "Ill-treatment of a minor". Investigations are ongoing to document the circumstances and responsibilities in relation to the case.

Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 2 arrested citizen SM, 25 years old, after a representative of a religious facility reported that he had harassed and prevented believers from entering the facility.

Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 3:

-arrested citizen Sh. K., 29 years old, on suspicion of stealing a bicycle;

-referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens SI, 27 years old, FP, 21 years old, SH, 22 years old and RK, 30 years old, as it is suspected, based on some video footage published on a portal, that for weak motives, they physically clashed on the "Hysni Gërbolli" street, and blocked each other's movement with vehicles. It is also suspected that during the conflict, citizen RK damaged the vehicle used by the 27-year-old.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 4 referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen SA, 52 years old, as it is suspected that for weak motives, he threatened his daughter's husband.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 5 referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen DK, 23 years old, as it is suspected that, for weak motives, he threatened his neighbor with a cutting tool.

Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 6 arrested citizen EH, 28 years old, for allegedly raping his father.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Commissariat No. 7 declared citizen EL, 48 years old, wanted after he reported a 52-year-old man, who, for weak motives, threatened and hit him. As a result, the 52-year-old man was slightly injured. Work is underway to capture citizen EL, as well as to clarify the circumstances of the case.

Road traffic specialists:

-arrested citizen VC, 32 years old, after he was caught driving without a license;

-arrested citizen AR, 50 years old, after the motorcycle he was suspected of driving without a license and while intoxicated collided with a vehicle. As a result, there was only material damage;

-they arrested citizen EP, 24 years old, after the vehicle she was driving hit the pedestrian, citizen MH, 84 years old, who is under the care of doctors;

-arrested citizen IV, 35 years old, after he lost control of the vehicle he was driving without a license and as a result the vehicle went off the road. The passenger in this vehicle, citizen P. Gj., was injured in the accident and is under the care of doctors;

-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen EK, 44 years old, after he allegedly lost control of the motorcycle he was driving and as a result the motorcycle went off the road. The 44-year-old was injured in the accident and is under medical care.

After the publication of a video on a portal, in which a citizen appears obstructing traffic in the Pakuqan Lake area, the necessary verifications were initiated, at the end of which it resulted that the citizen appearing in the video, HK, 34 years old, committed these actions while intoxicated. He was accompanied to the hospital, to receive the necessary assistance, and then to his apartment.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
