Conflict in Vlora - Mandatory appearance for Luan Muça, prison arrest for

Two courts, six people, and completely different security measures for the same event.

The decisions made after the armed clash in Vlora raise serious questions about how the role of each person involved was assessed.

The strongest contrast is related to Angjelo Breshan.

According to the official statement of the Vlora Police, he is the person who took the firearm from businessman Vasil Bedinaj's vehicle and shot at the vehicles and people in the group where businessman Luan Muça was.

However, the Vlora Court did not leave Breshan in the cell, but imposed "house arrest" on him.

Meanwhile, four other people have been placed under "custody arrest", while Luan Muça has been placed under "compulsory appearance".

The Tirana Court has ordered:

Luan Muça – “compulsion to appear”;

Klaudio Lleshaj – “arrest with imprisonment”;

Mandrit Lleshaj – “arrest with imprisonment”.

The Vlora Court has ordered:

Bujar Muça – “arrest with imprisonment”;

Blerim Heta – “arrest with imprisonment”;

Angjelo Breshani – "house arrest".

So, four people have been sent to prison, one must report periodically to the authorities, while the person that the police publicly identified as the perpetrator of the shooting has been sent to his apartment.

Police: Breshani took the gun and shot

In its reports on the incident, the Police stated that Angjelo Breshani went to Vasil Bedinaj's vehicle, took the pistol that the businessman possessed with permission and shot at the vehicles of other people.

During the search of one of the vehicles, authorities also found damage to the passenger side window, suspected to have been caused by a firearm. Three pistol cartridges were also found inside the car. These circumstances were made public in the Police chronology reported by the media.

The head of the Vlora Police himself publicly stated that Breshani "fired a firearm at other people," while the initial materials referred to charges that included illegal possession of a weapon and attempted murder.

Despite this information, the measure imposed on him is lenient than that imposed on the other four people.
